Bathroom care
- Clean toilets, including accessible exterior surfaces.
- Clean sinks, faucets, and counters.
- Clean accessible tub and shower surfaces to address routine soap residue.

Bedrooms & living areas
- Dust accessible furniture, shelves, and surfaces.
- Remove reachable cobwebs.
- Vacuum accessible carpet and rugs.
- Mop suitable hard floors.

Choosing the right schedule.
Choose weekly cleaning for frequent upkeep, biweekly cleaning for care every two weeks, or monthly cleaning when your home needs less frequent help. We confirm actual dates and availability with you. A one-time maintenance visit can also be discussed.
Before you book
If your home has significant grease, soap scum, or accumulated dust, a deep clean may be the better first step before recurring service. Regular visits maintain the agreed areas; they do not automatically include every deep-cleaning task.
How to prepare.
- Pick up clothing, toys, and loose belongings so surfaces and floors are accessible.
- Let us know about delicate finishes, fragrance sensitivities, pets, and access instructions.
- Mention any changes or extra priorities before your visit.
Extras to request in advance.
Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors, cabinet and drawer interiors, interior windows, and bed-linen changes are not automatically included. Tell us which extras you need so we can confirm availability, preparation, and any added cost in your estimate.
Scope and access matter.
These checklists describe the service to discuss with us. Your estimate confirms the tasks, areas, and extras for your home. Please do not assume a task is included if it has not been agreed.
Specialist work such as carpet extraction, upholstery cleaning, exterior window work, mold remediation, hazardous-waste cleanup, heavy lifting, and repairs is outside the standard scope. Let us know about unusual conditions before booking so we can confirm whether we can help.
We work on accessible surfaces using methods appropriate for the material. Please identify fragile items and sensitive finishes. If an area needs work beyond the agreed scope, the next step and any price adjustment should be discussed before that extra work proceeds.

Does regular cleaning include changing bed linens?
Please request linen changes in advance and leave clean linens available. We will confirm whether they can be included and any additional cost.
Can I change my cleaning frequency?
Contact us to discuss a different routine. Availability, the scope of work, and the estimate may change with the time between visits.
