Move-in and move-out cleaning is normally a one-time service. For move-in cleaning, schedule after previous occupants and contractors have finished and before furniture arrives when possible. For move-out cleaning, schedule after belongings have been removed. Dates and availability must be confirmed.
Cleaning does not guarantee a security-deposit refund or approval by a landlord or property manager. Their requirements may include repairs or other work beyond cleaning. Send any move-out checklist before booking so we can identify which tasks are covered.
Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors, cabinet and drawer interiors, interior windows, and bed-linen changes are not automatically included. Tell us which extras you need so we can confirm availability, preparation, and any added cost in your estimate.
These checklists describe the service to discuss with us. Your estimate confirms the tasks, areas, and extras for your home. Please do not assume a task is included if it has not been agreed.
Specialist work such as carpet extraction, upholstery cleaning, exterior window work, mold remediation, hazardous-waste cleanup, heavy lifting, and repairs is outside the standard scope. Let us know about unusual conditions before booking so we can confirm whether we can help.
We work on accessible surfaces using methods appropriate for the material. Please identify fragile items and sensitive finishes. If an area needs work beyond the agreed scope, the next step and any price adjustment should be discussed before that extra work proceeds.
An empty home gives the best access to floors and surfaces. Tell us if furniture or belongings will remain so we can plan the scope accurately.
They are available by request and must be confirmed in your estimate. Please specify which interiors you need and ensure they are empty and accessible.
Renovation dust, paint, adhesive removal, and construction debris require a separate discussion. They are not automatically included in move-in or move-out cleaning.
