What you can expect.

We confirm the final checklist with you before service, based on your home, its condition, and the estimate.

Detailed kitchen cleaning

Clean counters, sinks, faucets, and accessible backsplashes.
Give extra attention to grease on the stovetop and accessible appliance exteriors.
Wipe accessible cabinet fronts and handles.
Address reachable edges, corners, and baseboards.
Vacuum and mop suitable floors, including accessible areas beneath movable small items.

Detailed bathroom cleaning

Clean toilets, sinks, counters, faucets, and mirrors.
Give extra attention to soap residue and buildup on accessible shower and tub surfaces.
Clean accessible shower glass and fixtures using methods suitable for the finish.
Wipe reachable baseboards and detail floor edges.
Discuss persistent stains or mineral deposits during the estimate.

Living spaces & bedrooms

Dust accessible furniture, shelves, and surfaces more thoroughly.
Remove reachable cobwebs.
Wipe accessible baseboards, door frames, handles, and switch plates as agreed.
Detail reachable corners and floor edges.
Vacuum rugs and carpets and mop suitable hard floors.

Choosing the right schedule.

Deep cleaning is commonly scheduled as a one-time reset or before recurring cleaning begins. After the initial clean, weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance may help keep the home in good condition. The timing depends on your home and priorities.

Before you book

Some marks are permanent wear, damaged finishes, or stains rather than removable dirt. Results depend on the surface and its condition. Deep cleaning is not restoration, mold remediation, pest treatment, or a guarantee that every stain will disappear.

How to prepare.

Clear counters and floors as much as possible so we can reach the areas that need attention.
Point out heavy buildup, delicate surfaces, and problem areas when requesting the estimate.
Request appliance interiors, interior windows, or cabinet interiors in advance; empty them if that work is agreed.

Extras to request in advance.

Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors, cabinet and drawer interiors, interior windows, and bed-linen changes are not automatically included. Tell us which extras you need so we can confirm availability, preparation, and any added cost in your estimate.

These checklists describe the service to discuss with us. Your estimate confirms the tasks, areas, and extras for your home. Please do not assume a task is included if it has not been agreed.

Specialist work such as carpet extraction, upholstery cleaning, exterior window work, mold remediation, hazardous-waste cleanup, heavy lifting, and repairs is outside the standard scope. Let us know about unusual conditions before booking so we can confirm whether we can help.

We work on accessible surfaces using methods appropriate for the material. Please identify fragile items and sensitive finishes. If an area needs work beyond the agreed scope, the next step and any price adjustment should be discussed before that extra work proceeds.

How long will it take?

Time varies with home size, condition, access, and extras. We discuss an estimated scope and timing after learning about your home; a fixed duration is not promised for every property.
